Summary

Description

A ball-and-stick model of the batrachotoxin molecule, C31H42N2O6.

The molecular structure is based on the crystal structure of the closely-related compound batrachotoxinin A O-p-bromobenzoate, determined by single-crystal X‐ray diffraction and reported in Acta Cryst. B (1969), 25, 428-434 (CSD entry BATTOX10).

Colour code:

Carbon, C: grey
Hydrogen, H: white
Nitrogen, N: blue
Oxygen, O: red
Model manipulated in Avogadro 1.2 and image generated in CCDC Mercury 3.8.
