Summary

Description
English: Erythema migrans on the thigh of a male in the 30s, approximately 1 week after initial presentation. There was no known tick bite, and the rash didn't look like a typical erythema migrans at this time, so a diagnosis of lyme disease was not made at this time.
7 weeks later, the rash had taken a form more typical of erythema migrans. A diagnosis of lyme disease was made, and the rash disappeared after a course of Penicillin V.
