Summary

Description
English: Micrograph showing adenocarcinoma found a Pap test. Pap stain.

A normal intermediate (squamous) cell is seen on the right of the image. The malignant cells have prominent mucin filled intracytoplasmic vacuoles.

The pictured adenocarcinoma was of endocervical origin - not apparent on the image.
