Description	Radiopaedia case ID: 66478 Image ID: 46858241 Image stack position: 19/41 Plane projection: Axial Aux modality: lung window Study findings: ETT tip just above the carina. NGT in situ. CVL tip at the SVC/RA junction. Diffuse confluent air space consolidation with a gravity-dependent gradient, numerous small cysts and bilateral pleural effusions. Modality: CT System: Chest Findings: ETT tip above the carina. NGT in situ. Right jugular CVL tip projected at the SVC/RA junction. Diffuse bilateral and symmetric coalescent air space opacities which are less severe at the lung apices with numerous small rounded lucencies through out. Heart is mildly enlarged (although a supine projection).
