Ectodermal dysplasia with corkscrew hairs is a skin condition with salient features including exaggerated pili torti, scalp keloids, follicular plugging, keratosis pilaris, xerosis, eczema, palmoplantar keratoderma, syndactyly, onychodysplasia and conjunctival neovascularization.[1]: 571
