A desmoplastic trichoepithelioma is a cutaneous condition characterized by a solitary, firm skin lesion on the face.[1]: 672 

Desmoplastic trichoepithelioma is a benign tumour and can be managed safely with surgical removal, electrodesiccation and curettage.[citation needed]
