Betamethasone/dexchlorpheniramine (trade names Betadexin, Celabet, Celestamine[1]) is a drug containing betamethasone and dexchlorpheniramine maleate to treat allergic conditions.[2] Betamethasone is a steroid to relieve itches and inflammation while dexchlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine to treat urticaria.
