This template is designed for VRT requests regarding specific users or IPs, that are safe to reveal to the community at large.
This template should not be substituted but should always be transcluded.
Usage
{{VRT user|issue=|id=|consult=}}
- issue: Please give a specific explanation.
- id: Please insert VRT ticket number here. The template will automatically link it to the VRT system.
- consult: Setting this equal to no will suppress the "Please consult" message. Any other value, including leaving the tag out, will display the "Please discuss" message.
