Kunar Hembram, is an engineer turned Indian politician. He was elected to the Lok Sabha (the lower house of the Parliament of India) from Jhargram, West Bengal in the 2019 Indian general election as a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.[1][2][3] On 8 March 2024, he resigned from BJP.[4] On 19 May 2024, Hembram switches allegiance to TMC in presence of Abhishek Banerjee.[5]
