Hoping to turn this into free image.

Won't have written proof that this has been turned into a free image until next week at the earliest. If it has to be deleted and I have to re-upload it later, it's not the end of the world. Once I have what's needed I will comment again here, or if the image has been deleted in the meantime, will re-upload it as a free image. Informal confirmation of free status received.

Received CC of email granting free license.

I just received a CC on email sent to permissions-en@wikimedia.org today at 2:35 PDT, granting a free license using the language at Wikipedia:Declaration of consent for all enquiries.
