This picture was created by and belongs to Arsalan Iftikhar (The man depicted in the picture). He sent me (username Tathemis) this picture and gave me written permission to use it. He emailed the permission to permissions-commonswikimedia.org on April 25, 2009. The picture is also used by Christian Science Monitor at http://www.csmonitor.com/2008/0912/p01s01-usgn.html?page=1 with Arsalan Iftikhar's permission.

On May 5, 2009, Arsalan Iftikhar also sent written permission for me (username TaThemis) to use the photograph to info-en-q@wikimedia.org and photosubmission@wikimedia.org. He released it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 license.

It is unlikely that Arsalan Iftikhar took this picture himself, and copyright is probably owned by someone else. Await that email for permission. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 12:24, 5 May 2009 (UTC)
