Description
English: A river of desert dust flows over Sudan (left), over the Red Sea, and on to Saudi Arabia in this Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) from the Terra satellite on June 26, 2003. At left, the green ribbon winding its way through the arid terrain is the Nile River.
