English: It is a marble-carved statue found in Pozzuoli, headquarters of the Roman fleet in the Tyrrhenian Sea. It reproduces a cult statue of the Serapeion of Alexandria. The dog is Cerberus, the guardian of hell. It is dated to the end of the second century, belongs to the Archeological Museum in Naples and was exhibited in Canal Art, Madrid, in "Cleopatra and the fascination of Egypt".
