English: fig01: Representative example of ergonovine provocation testing during diagnostic coronary angiography in an 72-year-old man with vasospastic angina. Intravenous injection of ergonovine (E2) provoked subtotal occlusion of the mid portion of the right coronary artery (arrow) (A), and the angiogram after injection of intracoronary nitrate showed near normal right coronary artery and relief of total occlusion (B).
