The right hand shows preaxial polysyndactyly (asterisk) and there is pre- and postaxial polysyndactyly on the left side (arrowhead). There is preaxial polydactyly of the right foot and hallux varus deformity (arrow) of the left foot. Also, note the equino varus deformity of both feet
