There is no reason to deviate from the original creators of the image. This is an image taken at infrared wavelengths, so it is not even visible with the naked eye, and "reality" would not be in black and white. (Would be closer to red colour.) Many great astronomy pictures are shown in false colours, since there is no easy representation of a narrowband wavelength. |
